Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, Linkou has introduced the High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Tumor Treatment System developed by Chongging Medical Focused Ultrasound Technology Development Co. Ltd. and established the HIFU Center. Under the team led by renowned obstetrics and gynecology professors Dr. Zhang Tingchang and Dr. Li Qilong, the hospital has actively promoted this non-invasive treatment technology for the treatment of benign uterine tumor diseases, bringing new hope to female patients who need to preserve their uterus and fertility. To date, nearly 500 patients have been treated, of whom 75% have uterus myoma and 25% have adenomyosis; the majority of patients have experienced excellent improvement.
